Products necessary for making curls.
Knead the dough, for that mix butter, milk, egg, salt (pinch), sugar, flour and yeast. I trusted the whole process of the bread maker.
We cut the onions. I added a little extra chopped dill.
Divide the dough into two parts.
Each half roll out into a thin rectangle, grease with vegetable oil, sprinkle with pinch of salt.
Sprinkle on top of chopped greens.
Turn the dough into a loaf.
Grease the form of vegetable oil and spread the curls so that between them was a short distance. Lubricates the beaten egg.
Bake at 200*C for about 30 minutes (until Golden brown) take out, cover with a towel and leave to rest for 15-20 minutes. And only after that get out of shape.
