Coffee and chocolate raisin bagels
Simple to prepare bagels with coffee flavor and chocolate flavor.

Ingredients

  • Coffee natural

    1.5 tsp

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

For the preparation of coffee and chocolate donut we need a generic brown sugar TM "Mistral".

Make coffee, cool, raisins pour boiling water for 15 minutes in a small amount of water to dissolve the yeast with 1 teaspoon sugar and let rise.
