this dish is always cooked for my mom. It began with my love of fish. I'm a little "upgrade" an old recipe, and it turned out incredibly delicious!!!

While this delicious slowly baked, RUB on a coarse grater melted cheese (I really forgot to put it before in the freezer, and soft cheese to RUB hard, so I Portela thin slices. Also tasty) to Put on our fish
If your zapekanka almost ready and the cheese has not yet appeared tasty crust, turn on the grill or, if such a regime is not, lift the grid up one level, like I did :)
