Cooking
Ham, smoked cut into small cubes. You can use ham or cooked smoked neck.
Pickled pepper cut finely.
Also finely slice the red onion.
Grate cheese (I have Russian).
For the sauce mix the mayonnaise, minced garlic and soy sauce "Kikkoman".
Mix all salad ingredients, add the chopped greens and top with dressing.
Small rolls cut off the top and remove part of the crumb.
Fill it with the salad and cover "caps".
