Cooking
Octopus you need to pre-boil, for 2 servings is enough 3 tentacles. In cold water put the octopus, a piece of celery, pepper, after boiling, cook on low heat until tender octopus. Cool in water in which it cooked.
Then put into the refrigerator.
Lettuce leaves wash, dry. Cut into slices the tentacles of an octopus.
On a plate put the salad leaves, then vegetables and pieces of octopus. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley leaves.
