Crispy verrine with zucchini and rosemary
Unmatched verrin: tender zucchini with rosemary, soft cheese and a crunchy top from the nuts and Parmesan. Will flatter your table, especially in season zucchini. A snack served to the dry white wine.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    300 g

  • Rosemary

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Mozzarella

    100 g

  • Butter

    55 g

  • Walnuts

    0.25 cup

  • Parmesan

    0.25 cup

  • Crumb bread

    0.25 cup

From this quantity of products obtained 4 verrina 150 ml. Zucchini cut into slices, and then into 4 pieces.

Put in a bowl and cover them with salt. Leave it on for 15 minutes to drain juice. Drain it.

Bake for 15 minutes until crusty brown. Let completely cool, crumble.
