Warm prawn cocktail with pineapple
Very gentle and original warm appetizer

Ingredients

  • Pineapple

    1 piece

  • Shrimp

    100 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Caviar

    1 tsp

  • Broth

    100 ml

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Physalis

    5 piece

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

Will Nachinaem onion, garlic, peregrim

Add the eggs (if the shrimp is uncooked, then detachable heads and patiri, add zazharku), simmer a few minutes.

Add cognac, ignite as the alcohol evaporated, add the broth or water, boil down by half ;-)

Next, add the cream, boil down until thick.. (if shrimp is raw, the cream of evaporated and shrimp)

Divide the pineapple into 2 halves and cut the sweet crumb

The resulting hot sauce drain, add the prawns, finely chop the pineapple, 3-berry physalis cut each into 8 parts, all zamiksovat [:-} [:-} [:-}

The resulting mass spread in a pineapple "boat". Decorate with berries of physalis... optionally, you can add a bit of red caviar ;-)
