Hearty quiche in a hurry
An open pie with a base of shortcrust or puff pastry. Depending on the desires of the filling can vary from mild vegetables, fruit, fish or a mixture of greens or a hearty meat or mushroom. Quiche served hot or cold with a green salad and wine. Or great for a picnic!!!

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    1 pack

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Beef tongue

    200 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Spices

Chop the onion and mushrooms to medium dice. Fry on the pan until the liquid evaporates. Sprinkle with salt and add spices.
