Stuffed jacks
Another favorite dish of our family. There are many cooking options, I propose my own ; -)

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

  • Pasta

    1 pack

Cooking

In a deep pan, fry 10 min and chopped onion, carrot and tomato. Cover and simmer on medium heat for 5-10 minutes.

Until all cooked in a separate bowl, stir the minced meat with finely chopped onion and garlic and add the peppers, salt and spices.

Take a socket (I buy ready-made at the supermarket) and fill them with stuffing. We put them in the pan with zazharkoy and pour any meat broth (up to the top of the nests).

Cover with a lid and cook 20-25 minutes. The finished nest on top grease with mayonnaise and sprinkle with herbs. Bon appetit!!!
