Hearty autumn dish of locally available vegetables.

Cooking
Cut and fry in sunflower or olive oil onions, tomatoes, sausage and peppers (I have a home Lecho added).
Peel potatoes, cut in half, the heed midway and put on baking tray. Within each of the resulting "Cup", put a piece of butter or mayonnaise. Then spread the filling.
Put the potatoes in a preheated 200 gr. the oven for 25-30 minutes, then take out, sprinkle with grated cheese and again in the oven for another 10 minutes (so the cheese is completely cooked). All the dish is ready!
