Description
Delicate fish rolls with two sauces and a side dish of baked tomatoes... Delicious, unusual, and nothing complicated... a recipe from a magazine "the one" in my interpretation...

Cooking
Fish fillet cut into portion pieces, discourage using plastic wrap (will not spread and will not break), salt and pepper.
First prepare the sauce: stir mayonnaise with mustard, finely chopped parsley, zest of half a lemon. It is good to grease the sauce fillets.
Roll into rolls, place into a heat-resistant form greased with olive oil, the remnants of the sauce to "powder" on top, leave for 10 minutes to soak.
Prepare the second sauce: dry wine mix with lemon juice, slightly warm, pour it over the rolls. Tomatoes cut into slices not too small (I used regular, but especially for the holiday table will be spectacular of course cherry cut in half), salt, pepper, season with olive oil, put on top of the fish. (Sorry that the photo is not quite detailed, got carried away... but I think everything is clear)
Bake in the oven at 200 C for 20 minutes (adapt to your own).
