Cooking
1. Clean herring, remove bones, cut into slices.
2. For dressing mix the soy sauce, oil, mustard and lemon juice.
3. Boil potatoes in their skins, cool, peel. If large, cut them into slices. Beans boil until tender, put in a colander and rinse with ice water. In a Cup mix the regular and the green beans, potatoes, add half of the filling and mix well.
4. Eggs boil, peel and cut into 4 pieces, tomatoes cut into slices.
5. On a plate spread beans with potatoes, sliced herring, potatoes and eggs, onion slices. Pour the remaining dressing and garnish as desired.
