Salad
The recipe for this salad was shared by my aunt, hence the name. Moderately spicy, spicy vegetable salad.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    3 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

Cooking

Prepare the products.

All the vegetables cut into cubes. Grind the herbs.

Sliced eggplant filled with water and leave for 10 minutes.

In a pan pour 2 tbsp oil, spread the onions and mushrooms. Fry until cooked.

In the remaining oil ( 2 tbsp) and fry the eggplant. Spread on a cloth, removing the excess oil.

In a Cup place the sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard. Add the soy sauce. Mix well. Salad dressing is ready.

Working in a Cup put fried with onions mushrooms, eggplant, tomato, greens. Add the prepared dressing. Carefully stir.

Serve salad by adding green onions.
