Shrimp salad in Asian style
Delicious salad with shrimps and citrus dressing.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Orange juice

    0.25 cup

  • Juice

    1 tsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Shrimp

    250 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Lettuce

    0.5 piece

  • Cabbage, red,

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cilantro

    0.25 cup

Shrimp must be marinated. They need to clean, wash, dry with paper towel. Season with salt, add squeezed through press the garlic and olive oil, all together, stir, close the container and put into the fridge for a couple of hours. I usually do it at night.

Orange and lime squeeze out the juice.

Ginger RUB on a small grater. Place all ingredients for filling except butter in blender and scroll a few times for a few seconds. Add the two oils and you play it again for 3-5 seconds. The dressing is ready, it can be used as a marinade for meat.

The pan heat up and put on her shrimp, fry both sides for couple of minutes.

All the vegetables wash, dry. Peel the carrot and grate on a coarse grater. Cabbage thinly shred. Lettuce cut into small squares. Cilantro finely chopped. Combine all in one dish.

Pour dressing, mix well. Add shrimp and stir again.

If necessary, add salt to taste.
