Those who do not like dishes from semolina do not report what the prepared cake, because still no one guessed what I cooked!!! Easy to prepare, accessible even to children (I started cooking in 7th grade). Gentle, airy, like pudding, it will delight Your family, friends and loved ones.

Cooking
For the dough and cream.
For variety and spice (can not add).
Mix sugar, sour cream, eggs, soda slaked.

I love cakes with walnuts, so walnuts was crushed with a pestle (not very finely). If walnuts don't like, you can cook without them, the cake is still delicious.
In one part of the mixture (to be dark), add the cocoa powder and nuts.
Form for baking grease with butter. Before I cooked the cake in a cast iron skillet (pre-heating it in the oven). Here for the first time used a silicone form (yay! happened).
Before pouring the mixture into a baking pan, be sure its okay to stop, because semolina sinks to the bottom. Pour into shape half.
Put the form in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes (better to keep an eye because ovens are different and baking too).
Half the mixture (without cocoa and hazelnut, light) as well pour in a baking pan.
And in the second half (light) of the mixture I add the Mac, again you may not do this. But it turns out original.
To prepare the cream: condensed milk, add the softened butter...
... and whip the cream with a mixer.
To prepare glaze: mix sugar, butter, milk and cocoa, and set on fire.
Bring to a boil over a slow fire, boil 5 minutes. The icing cools.
Then, in turn, stacked the cakes, pre-soaked in each of them. For a spicy taste, a syrup for impregnation of cakes prepared from water, sugar and vodka (you can cognac) proportion 1:1:1. The taste of alcohol is not felt. You can not add, if you have reason.
After impregnation, the cake, grease cream. Cakes to stack alternating between: black – white.
Top the last layer with the cream lubricates, and...
Gently brushing the top and sides of cake begin to decorate.
In the confectionery syringe dialed the remaining white cream. And put on the cake strips.

If you love the cake, the raisins, it is possible in one of the layers (let's say in one dark), add raisins, and you get 1 layer with walnuts and cocoa, 2nd - Mac, 3rd - raisin and cocoa, 4th - no additives.
