Tartlets with pumpkin-made salsiccia
.... and again about the pumpkin!...... Crispy tarts stuffed with pumpkin and salsify - (ital. ) salsiccia (fresh sausage).

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Pumpkin

    600 g

  • Sausages

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Parmesan

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

To the flour add 1/2 tsp of sesame seeds, salt, cubed or grated on a grater butter.

We are gonna wipe all your fingers into crumbs.

Add 1 tbsp of COLD water. Well and quickly make dough, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Peeled pumpkin cut in cubes. Peel onion and cut it cubes. In a bowl pour 2 tbsp of vegetable oil. Put back the vegetables, season with salt and simmer them for about 10 minutes.

Here "a he - reindeer"!!!....joke.....This is salsicha-fresh sausage!....You can, of course, to replace it with sausage or ground pork, adding a little spice. Clean it from the film.

Cut sausage into cubes.

Add to the vegetables and leave to stew until ready. For about 15 minutes.

Put everything into a bowl, let cool. Add the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese. Good mix up.

The dough roll out, put into molds-tarts. The bottom let the air out with a fork.

In molds put the stuffing.

On top I rubbed goat cheese (but not necessarily) and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
