Roasted tomatoes, in fact, very, very tasty, and nicely combined with puff pastry. ==> for the competition "Queen of the cocktail"

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    50 g

  • Tomato

    190 g

  • Pepper

    60 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Nutmeg

Cooking

Cut the tomatoes into slices. Pepper - small/small cubes. Finely chop the garlic. Generously sprinkle with a mixture of Provencal herbs and fry until a significant reduction in the volume of tomatoes.

Puff pastry roll out, cut circles/ring

A disk of dough grease eggs, put the ring again to grease and put in oven preheated to 250*C for 8 min. (for small tarts)

The cooled tartlets to fill with a mixture of sautéed "olive" tomatoes, garnish with green stripes sweet or chilli pepper, RUB nutmeg on top
