Pie with cottage cheese and strawberry filling from a quick yeast dough
I wanted a cake with strawberry and it was from dough. So realized, that is, on a quick hand... it was very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    8 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Strawberry

    500 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

The water (0.25 tbsp), sugar and yeast mix and leave in a warm place for 15 min.

While our yeast sparkle, make filling. Strawberry well rinsed and cleaned of stems.

Then grind in a blender along with sugar and starch, puree.

Curd good RUB with a fork to avoid lumps. I was almost without them.

Mix cottage cheese with strawberry puree until smooth.

And the yeast began to play.

Add the sifted flour and sunflower oil. All knead well.

Dough forming the pie. I did it in split form, lined with parchment. And give a little stand, to rise (10 min.).

Then pour the filling. The edges I'm a little twisted inside and smeared with egg.

Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes approximately. While filling a little clutch. To give the cake to cool and decorate according to Your desire. I decorated with fresh strawberries and mint leaves.
