Today winter has tried, the snow poured from the generous heart. The wind controlled that the snow got into the little slits... And was reminded of the summer heat, bright colors, juicy fruits and berries. I wanted at least a piece of summer. And I remembered about the strawberries in the freezer. So it turned out my pie with a slice of summer...

Cooking
For the dough, mix the softened butter, sour cream, sugar, a pinch of salt.
Add the flour with the baking powder. Knead a soft dough.

Put the paper and pour into it the peas (beans). Bake at 200* for 20 min.
For the filling mix cottage cheese in a blender with eggs, sugar, semolina.
Add the strawberries. A little leave. I'm not much crushed her.
Dough remove from the oven, remove the peas. Gently place the cheese in the "basket" and flatten it. Put the cake in for another 30 minutes in the oven.
When the cake is almost done (I check a splinter), pour the remaining mashed strawberries.
And sprinkle with almond flakes.
Leave in the oven for another 10 min. Reach for your "Slice of summer"... and remember about summer.
