Apple strudel
Strudel filled with grated apples

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Flour mixed with salt and sugar, add egg, oil and water. Knead the dough and leave for 30 minutes.

Apples peel and grate, add sugar and cinnamon or vanilla, mix well.

Roll the dough out to a thickness of 2-3 mm.

Spread the filling evenly.

Roll in roll, put seam side down on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes at 180*C. For about 5 minutes until ready to grease strudel with butter and send it back in the oven.

The finished strudel sprinkle with powdered sugar.
