Cooking
Two eggs and one egg yolk beaten with sugar for 1 min. Add the olive oil, lemon zest (orange) and vanilla.
In a separate bowl mix the flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt. Pour into the flour egg mixture. Knead soft, not sticky to hands, the dough, if necessary adding flour.
Wrap the dough in foil and send for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
