Fruit and vegetable salad
Do not deny yourself the pleasure to enjoy delicious, healthy and colorful salad of fresh vegetables and fruits!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

    200 g

  • Corn

    0.5 can

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Allspice

  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    30 ml

Cooking

Beets cut into small cubes, place in a bowl and add a little vegetable oil.

Stir and let stand for 5-10 minutes. This is to ensure that the beet is not badly stained with other ingredients. And beets give only a small part of its color and the vegetables will get a pinkish hue, but remain clearly distinguishable.

Cabbage finely chopped. If you have white like me, I slightly remember it in his hands.

Add corn (without liquid),

Apple, thinly sliced (if the skins are tough, I recommend to cut),

Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes and chopped parsley.

Add pepper, salt and

season to taste with lemon juice.

Mix well. And if needed, add more oil.

Let stand for 10 minutes and can be fun!
