Salad
Experts say that the salad can be made out of anything, so just many of them. Honestly, I'm not particularly fond of the "new" meat salads, some are similar, for me, delicious and familiar old "Olivier" with good boiled beef with Apple and pickled cucumber. But this salad won me over a delicate, unusual flavor, all the ingredients complement each other and merge into a wonderful gustatory ensemble. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    200 g

  • Carrots

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Raisins

    1 Tbsp

  • Dried apricots

    0.333 cup

  • Mayonnaise

    100 g

  • Cilantro

    0.5 coup

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

We cook and prepare our components. Raisins and dried apricots wash and fill with hot water for swelling. While the dried fruits rest, do the rest.

Finely chop nuts, meat we shall cut small cubes and in a bowl, mix it with carrot and soy sauce. I use soy sauce "Kikkoman" light, with a reduced salt content.

Add to a bowl of nuts. Raisins and dried apricots, and throw in a sieve, wet paper towel, dried apricots finely chop, part of cilantro, finely chop. Send raisins, dried apricots and coriander to the rest and then I'll dress the salad with mayonnaise, try for salt. Beautifully decorate our salad with carrots, mayonnaise and sprigs of cilantro and serve on the table. Nice!
