Cold cheesecake with potatoes
Dear cooks, offer to make meat tarts with potatoes. A very tasty dish! And I also like that you can experiment. For example, in the filling for cheesecakes, you can add mushrooms or vegetables to your taste or use any stuffing. Or instead of Mayo, use sour cream or natural yoghurt or cottage cheese.

Peeled potatoes grate and squeeze the liquid. After I removed the liquid I got 500 grams of potatoes.
