Cooking
Boil the rice until soft in salted water, then rinse in cold water. Onions (1 PC.) to grind. Add in the mince and boiled rice, chopped onion, mixture of herbs (1 teaspoon), salt and ground black pepper to taste.
The mince and knead well.
Bell peppers wash, remove the core with seeds and internal partitions. Cups prepared peppers stuffed with minced meat.
In karttula put stuffed peppers.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. Flour sauté in vegetable oil to cream color.
Add water or beef broth (1,5-2 tbsp.), add sour cream (2 tbsp with slide), tomato paste (1 tablespoon), blend of herbs (0.5 teaspoon), black pepper (5-7 pieces), salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Sauce boil until thick. The sauce should be fairly thick.
