Cutlets of chicken with cottage cheese
Juicy and tender patties of chicken meat with cheese will please both kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Spices

    1.5 tsp

  • Bread crumbs

    1 cup

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Cream

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

Ingredients to prepare chicken. Chicken meat to scroll through a fine lattice, together with a bow.

Add the cottage cheese. If the curd grains are too large, the cheese RUB through a metal sieve.

Add spicy dried herbs, black pepper, salt, breadcrumbs (2 tbsp) Minced knead well.

Of minced meat formed into patties, and breaded in breadcrumbs. In a pan add 3 tbsp oil, put the cutlets.

Add the cream. Mix until well blended. If the mixture is too thick, add boiling water or broth.

To meatballs add cooked mixture. Meatballs with sauce and simmer for 3-5 minutes over low heat.

Tender cutlets of chicken with the addition of cottage cheese in a creamy sauce is ready.
