Cooking
Onions cut small cubes and fry in vegetable oil in a frying pan on medium heat for a few minutes until transparent.
Add finely chopped pepper, red hot pepper and paprika, stir, simmer all together for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Put tomato sauce or ketchup, stir, simmer 1 minute.
Take the boiled or baked beets, peel, grate on a medium grater, put in a pan to vegetables. Stir, simmer for 2 minutes.
Add finely chopped garlic, dill, salt, mix all and turn off the fire.
Take pickles. I have a "crunchy Cucumbers" TM 6 acres. Cucumbers finely chop or grate on a medium grater.
But then: I can just put the pickles in the hot beets, and can, when the starter has cooled down. It is your choice. And the taste will be different. For me, if at once, the taste is somewhat reminiscent of a pickle. Mix snack.
Snack chilled. Bon appetit!
