Cheesecake with condensed milk
I want to share a cheesecake recipe from a Portuguese chef, cooked with condensed milk, like this yet, anyone interested is welcome to, it's just delicious!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Cookies

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Jam

    0.66 cup

Cookies recommended "Salt and water", as we call, it looks like a cracker, or app, to grind into fine crumbs, mix and knead thoroughly with butter.

Put in a detachable form, covered with paper.

Mix well and add the cheese, eggs and condensed milk, you get a watery mass.

Pour on biscuits and send in the oven.

Bake for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of about 180 degrees.

When cool, cover with your favorite jam, cook recommended the raspberry, I used a cranberry sweet and sour. All you can drink, Bon appetit.
