Cutlets of chicken breast

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    900 g

  • Fenugreek

    1 pinch

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 pinch

  • Dry milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    1 pinch

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Salt

Cooking

Scroll breast fillets in a meat grinder with a fine mesh.

Add sauce, marinade or soy sauce and spices. Thoroughly knead the meat.

Add dry milk. Again knead the meat. I added another 50 ml of cold water.

Heat the pan. Pour oil. With wet hands form patties and spread on a pan. Fry until flush on both sides.

Cover with a lid, preporacuvam the fire and stew until ready. The cutlets will be juicy and tender with a spicy taste and a gorgeous thin crust.
