Meat balls in pumpkin sauce
Juicy meat balls in spicy-sweet sauce with chunks of soft pumpkin. I fell in love with this dish with a spoon. It is so rich and delicious that it is like a no strength. The idea was borrowed from Andrew Rudikova.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    350 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato sauce

    500 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Pumpkin

    350 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Immediately say, that for this dish I used my homemade ketchup. For consistency it is medium thick and pungent with pepper and garlic. If you don't, you can use a purchased tomato sauce or tomatoes in their own juice without the skins and add pepper to taste. Onions and garlic peel, chop.

Fry in butter.

Pumpkin cut into cubes.

Add to onion and garlic.

Pour tomato sauce.

Simmer on medium heat until the pumpkin become soft.

In the meantime, prepare the meat balls. Peel the onion, chop. I did it with blender.

Mix with minced meat.

Add the soy sauce.

And black pepper (I lemon). Mix well.

To form balls.

Fry on a medium heat.

With the two sides.

To shift meat balls in hot sauce.

Mix gently. Serve hot, with garnish or without it. Bon appetit.
