Appetizer of avocado
Lunch. Or a light dinner... Two of us with candles... Avocado and shrimp is a classic of the genre! Delicious tender snack! Minimum time and maximum result.

Ingredients

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    0.5 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Shrimp

    6 piece

  • Chili

    1 pinch

  • Butter

    3 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Carefully cut the avocado and remove the stone.

The flesh of the avocado mash with a fork and add the lemon juice. Lemon zest cut into small dice. Peel should be felt and a bit of crunch to this snack.

Fry chopped into small pieces of shrimp. Butter.

Cool. Add to avocados. Salt. Add the finely chopped half of a tomato.

All mix gently. Here should be combined the flesh of the avocado with a creamy shrimp flavor, fried in butter. And a slight rustling of lemon peel... Add sweet paprika, chili, salt to taste and olive oil.

Chill in the refrigerator (about 30 minutes) and get to serving!!!
