Stuffed with fish mousse
The perfect snack for any occasion. Very delicate creamy fish mousse stuffed with a filling. The perfect filling for this time of year when you want fresh vegetables and herbs. Fresh and light, with a pleasant harmonious taste, rich in vitamins and nutrients. The aroma that wafts through the kitchen, creates a festive atmosphere.

Ingredients

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Cream

    130 ml

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Sour cream

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    12 g

Thomas did cut rings from a plastic bottle. In the middle of the ring put an inverted glass or Cup.

Prepare the mousse. Leave one piece of fish for stuffing, the rest of the fish broth and put into blender.

Add chopped canned soaked and dissolved gelatin. Add salt and pepper as desired.

Pour the resulting mass into molds with the glass.

Put in the refrigerator until fully cured.

Chilled mousse, turn over and carefully remove the glass.

Get deeper which can be filled with stuffing.

Cucumber, boiled eggs, canned fish and greens (dill and cock) grind. Refillable.
