Description
Snow-white, delicate cake will delight your loved ones in one of the festive days. Will be a great sweet gift for friends in the New year!!! I like the song 60 years "And the snow is falling" performed by Maya Kristalinskaya, and in my youth it was sung Zhanna Aguzarova. And when in the street the snow falls, we always sing it with my daughter!

Cooking
First make yeast dough: in a bowl mix the flour, milk, butter, salt, yeast. Knead well and put in a warm mesle to one time came up!
Now the dough-the filling: first, separate the whites from the yolks. Remove proteins in the fridge. To the yolks add sugar and beat into a soft mousse white, then add sour cream and flour, let's stir or beat into a soft mousse to a homogeneous mass of lush (I have a glass equal to 1.5 normal faceted glass, so the photo proportions less!)
Now for the yeast dough: the dough roll out very thinly, cut out circles the size of our molds.
Lay the circles over the cups and leave to come again. Ideally you need molds without a bottom - I did foil in the shape of the glass (it's a long, tin no). You can put on the bottom of silicone molds to make cake with a side etc etc!!!
Now you need to finish the dough-the filling: get proteins from the refrigerator and whisk for at least 5 minutes until a thick foam, then add in two or three doses in a mixture of whipped egg yolks, sour cream and flour, stir add dried fruit.
Spread the dough-the filling into the moulds on circles of dough. Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 30-40 minutes. Remove from the molds, decorate. I decorated with grated white chocolate and marmalade. Enjoy your tea!!!
