Grilled salmon in pastry
These little cakes with rich flavorful fish.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    500 g

  • Sauce-marinade

    3 Tbsp

  • Basil

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Yeast

    0.75 tsp

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Egg white

    2 piece

Cooking

Salmon cut into small pieces.

Marinate in soy Teriyaki sauce TM Kikkoman, adding the chopped Basil.

Make the dough. Mix the flour, yeast and a little salt.

Add warm milk.

Put in a warm place for 1 hour. In approaching the dough gently podnesem the beaten egg whites. The dough is ready.

Dip the pieces of fish thoroughly in batter and fry in hot sunflower oil.
