PREPARATION: For the salad you need the following products.
First, make a dressing of olive oil add a few drops of red wine vinegar, half the lime juice, teaspoon of honey, squeeze press 3 garlic cloves and add peach syrup to taste (50 g). All thoroughly mixed.
On a plate put lettuce "Lactuca sativa", they are pieces of salted trout
Each layer is poured dressing, next layer the slices of fresh cucumber
A layer of arugula and top with seasoning
Layer tomatoes, top with seasoning
Another layer of arugula, don't forget to pour dressing
Layer scalded with boiling water and sprinkle with vinegar red onions, top with seasoning
A layer of thin slices of "Cambozola" and up pieces of trout
Pour the dressing, decorate with slices of cheese and quail egg.
