Salad
Already warmer, and the plates spring! That's inspired on the salad.

Ingredients

  • Trout

    200 g

  • Lettuce

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Blue cheese

    50 g

  • Quail egg

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    50 g

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Syrup fruit

PREPARATION: For the salad you need the following products.

First, make a dressing of olive oil add a few drops of red wine vinegar, half the lime juice, teaspoon of honey, squeeze press 3 garlic cloves and add peach syrup to taste (50 g). All thoroughly mixed.

On a plate put lettuce "Lactuca sativa", they are pieces of salted trout

Each layer is poured dressing, next layer the slices of fresh cucumber

A layer of arugula and top with seasoning

Another layer of arugula, don't forget to pour dressing
