Cooking
Make a biscuit. 1. Heat the oven to 180 degree; 2. Beat the egg yolks with sugar and spoonful of water to a smooth consistency;
3. Chilled whites, beat with salt;
4. Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift into the yolks;
5. Spread the beaten egg whites, very carefully stir. Next, pour the mass into a detachable mould and bake for 30 minutes.
Curd mix with sugar and cream, and whisk well.
Soak gelatine, allow to swell, then squeeze it and dissolve. Pour in the filling and stir. Biscuit cut in half and smear raspberry jam, cover the second half biscuit. To put bumpers forms and pour the cheese mass, put in the refrigerator.
