Baklava
Yummy sweet dessert!!! It is easy to cook!!! Always turns out very tasty! The recipe gave a friend and her roommate with Eastern roots! Thank you! Similar recipes are on the site, but try this! Bon appetit!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Butter

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Salt

  • Vanilla

  • Soda

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Walnuts

    300 g

  • Honey

Knead the dough from flour, sour cream, softened butter, 3 egg yolks, soda, salt and vanilla.

Divide the dough into 3 parts. Keep in the cold for 1 hour.

Filling: 5 egg whites and 2 cups sugar whisk in a thick foam.

Add the crushed nuts.

The stuffing is ready.

Roll cakes the size of pan. On a baking sheet put one cookie-like pancake spread half of the filling. And so we repeat with the next pancake-cake. After laying the last layer zasypnica all exposed edges (bottom top).

Carefully, holding the top layer, cut the baklava diamonds through all layers EXCEPT the BOTTOM.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the baklava in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Take out and pour liquid honey. Put into the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
