Mushrooms with potatoes in sour cream and tomato sauce
The dish is simple, quick, but incredibly delicious and flavorful! Go... treat...

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Water

    0.5 cup

So here we go... Slice the onion as in the photo, and can be finely. Carrots grate on a coarse grater.
