Cooking
To prepare this wonderful dish we wash carcasses of the herring. Then raspravam abdomen, remove the intestines and gills. Again wash the fish under running water inside and out and dry well.
Peel the garlic. One tooth cut into thin petals and save them.
In a mortar add the other clove of garlic, pepper allspice and a large pinch of salt. All grind.
Squeeze the juice of one lemon.
In powdered mixture add freshly squeezed lemon juice, olive oil and mix thoroughly.
On a baking sheet lay out a large sheet of foil, it is better if it is double. Then, RUB the fish inside and out with a mixture of lemon juice, garlic and pepper.
Cut dill and mix with the chopped garlic. Fill the abdomen of the fish. Then tightly wrap the fish in foil and leave to marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake the herring, for 40 minutes.
