Pate of smoked mackerel with pink pepper
Inspired by the recipes of smoked fish on display on our website, my husband decided to buy a lamp. And now experimenting with different foods, trying new recipes. Pate of smoked fish was very tasty and practical. I propose to repeat it.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    300 g

  • Cream cheese

    3 Tbsp

  • Horseradish

    2 tsp

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Pepper pink

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Toast

    6 piece

Cooking

The fish is cleaned from skin and bones, break into pieces

Pink pepper pound in a mortar

Mix softened butter, cheese, horseradish and pepper.

From the lemon halves to squeeze the juice and remove the peel.

Mix all ingredients, season with salt and pepper.

Serve on grilled toast.
