Cooking
Egg, sugar, yogurt, vanilla sugar, mix well with a whisk
Oil melt and pour to this mixture, stir until smooth
For taste and flavor, use a sweet liqueur. I have a cocoa liqueur. You can use any cream, chocolate, caramel liqueur.
Pour the liqueur into the egg-butter mixture and stir
For this recipe I used semolina TM "Mistral".
Add in the future the dough sifted flour, semolina, baking powder
In a greased form put the dough. Place in preheated oven. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Define readiness by piercing the cake with a toothpick (it should come out of the dough dry)
While baked cake, prepare the glaze. In the powdered sugar gradually add the liqueur, stirring until smooth
Here's the icing turns out
Ready hot cake pour the glaze. I even sprinkled with shavings of white chocolate.
Cupcake crazy flavorful, moist, tender.
