  • Cream

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    15 piece

  • Nutmeg

Mushrooms cut into strips, finely chop the onion and fry with mushrooms ~7min, salt and pepper.

To prepare the cream (room temp.), the flour and nutmeg.

Melt the butter and fry the flour with nutmeg, ~3min, small portions to enter the cream, stirring constantly bring mixture to a thick state.
