Description

Beetroot salmon
Tender, juicy salmon fillet, soft and pleasant to the taste, to the same, unusual color.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    100 ml

  • Water

    400 ml

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Seeds

    1 tsp

  • Salmon

    500 g

  • Horseradish

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    200 ml

  • Black pepper

  • Cucumber

    4 piece

Cooking

Peel and grate the beets. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.

Boil the marinade from the beets, lemon juice, water, salt and fennel seeds.

Slice salmon fillet portions, put them in the hot marinade. Cook on low heat under a lid for 10 minutes, or until until the temperature inside pieces reaches 56°C. Remove from heat and allow the fish to cool in the marinade.

Sour cream flavoring peeled and chopped horseradish, salt sea salt and pepper. Cucumbers cut along. Remove the fish from the marinade.
