A delicious and hearty appetizer perfect vodka for a festive table. The combination of potatoes with the anchovy oil and fish - a win-win!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Vinegar

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Hamsa

    3 Tbsp

  • Fish

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread

    200 g

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Allspice

Cooking

Boil the potatoes, three on a small grater.

Add vinegar in water to taste. So pleasant to the taste.

Onions cut into rings, divided in layers and put in vinegar water. All the residues (middle and ends) cut into cubes and set aside separately.

Anchovy cleaned, washed and allowed to drain.

Cut into cubes and put in a Cup.

Fish oil also cut into small cubes and put to the Hamsa.

Add to the total weight and dice the onion. Pepper.

Add the butter and stir.

Bread cut into squares, excluding the cortex.

Cut the beetroot into squares too.

Put on top of bread beets.

Roll the potato-fish mixture into small ball size.

And gently put on top of square billets.

Decorate with onion rings fish balls and pierce with pikes. Bon appetit!
