Cheese bread for Breakfast
Start the day with a slice of freshly baked bread, what could be better! Quick and easy to prepare cheese bread is perfect for Breakfast! There is absolutely no flour, and cottage cheese and flax seeds make it taste rich and interesting!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Bran

    10 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flax seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

In the bowl of a blender mix eggs, salt and baking powder.

Add the curd and again mix.

Add wheat and oat bran, flax seeds.

Mix well until smooth.

The dough turns thick. Spread it with a spoon in a baking dish (I form cake pan 10cm x 23cm). The bottom of the form I made with parchment paper, sides greased with vegetable oil. Even out the dough in the form, top, sprinkle flax seed. Put to bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Readiness check wooden skewer. Ready bread remove and allow to cool.
