Sambucus pumpkin - Apple
Winter is long gone, but the pumpkin stayed. Decided to attach. Light, delicate, moderately sweet dessert.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Water

    100 g

  • Cinnamon

  • Citric acid

    1 g

  • Chocolate milk

    1 piece

  • Jam

Cooking

Pumpkin and apples, clean, cut.

Bake in the oven (or microwave) until soft. Soak gelatine in 100 C. water (according to instructions).

Make a puree by rubbing through a sieve or blender. Add sugar, cinnamon, citric acid.

Egg whites whipped in a solid foam.

To connect purees and proteins, to beat. Without stopping whisking, pour a thin stream of hot dissolved gelatin and beat for another 2 min.

Sambucus pour into a bowl,put in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours for gelation.

Before serving, Sambucus, you can pour melted chocolate or your favorite jam.
