Cooking
Cheese grate on small or medium grater.
For the pastry - water, salt, butter bring to a boil. Add flour and starch. Intensively stir until smooth. When the dough begins to lag behind the walls, remove from heat. Allow to cool for 5 minutes - 7.
Add to the dough eggs and about a third of the cheese. Stir.
On the tray lay baking paper. Formed from the dough small balls and lay them in a circle. Inside circle beads need to slightly flatten that cheese does not leak and not burnt.
Spread on top of cheese and chopped bacon. Remove the cake in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake at this temperature for 20 minutes, then diminish the temperature to 180 degrees and cook another 25-30 minutes. Served hot!!
