Baked pasta with meat and mushrooms
Really wanted to diversify a dish like pasta... And did not regret! Turned home is easy, quick, tasty and nutritious!!! Recommend!

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    300 g

  • Minced chicken

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

So, boil the pasta (I have horns). If yesterday at lunch you had the pasta and was, now they come for our casseroles.

The mushrooms and onions grind in a blender (not too finely).

Fry them in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes.

Add the minced meat (I had chicken) and simmer it all until the complete evaporation of liquid. Salt, pepper.

Beat eggs with flour. Add the milk, a little salt and pepper. I added a little nutmeg.

On a baking sheet (I sprinkle breadcrumbs) spread half of the pasta.

Spread on top the meat with mushrooms.

Then the remaining pasta. Pour all the milk-egg mixture. Sprinkle top with grated on a coarse grater cheese and put into oven preheated to 200C, for 30 minutes.

The finished pudding cut into portions, sprinkle with herbs and enjoy. Eat! Delicious!
