Very fresh, sweet, quick snack.

  • Fish

  • Dill

  • Balsamic

  • Lemon

lay it on the floors, interspersed with dill

tightly wrap in cling film and clean...in the freezer for at least 2 days..

come visit.. we took out the fish and finely chop the not defrosting into thin slices with a sharp knife

and prepare the sauce

squeeze the juice of a lemon,add 4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and fresh chopped dill

pour each slice with sauce, decorate with the capers and leave for a minute,the fish has to be soaked thoroughly and Bon appetit!
