Prepare the marinade: put water on the fire, add in the sugar, salt, coriander, pepper; garlic cut into plates, and also in the water, bring to boil and then simmer gently introduce the vinegar. Allow to simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Cauliflower firmly put into a container (we suggest a pot with a wide bottom) and pour the marinade.
Once the marinade will not cover all the cabbage, don't panic!!! after standing under pressure, the cabbage sit for a few hours already, the whole is covered with marinade. If you are still worried that the marinade will not cover all of it (this also can be, it depends on how much volume will be of the inflorescence), can make 1 liter of the marinade and pour it into the cabbage.
Let stand in marinade at room temperature for a day, then transfer to a jar or bottle and pour the same marinade. Store in the refrigerator.
